As a neutral hoping for a good tight hifh scoring game.
I think sarries if a good start may run away with it.
Best of luck both teams

I see that Saracens have been backed in from -2 to -3 over the course of the week (should have had a bet when I saw the original price as I thought it wouldn't last). The 8/13 now available looks more realistic, but still enough value to be worth a decent bet on. I know that recent head to heads favour Exeter, but having watch both of the semi-finals, I'm struggling to see a way that Exeter can win it. They won't bludgeon Saracens into submission like they did Newcastle and will have a lot more thrown at them by a Saracens team peaking at the right time. I'm also tempted to look for an alternative handicap as I think there's a chance of a (relative) blowout. Anyone disagree?

9 academy products apiece in the two sides, yet one team has the reputation as the galacticos and the other a small town home grown club :p

I find it interesting that Chiefs are basically being disregarded in some quarter's, defending champion's and league leaders for pretty much the full season...

I find it interesting that you poke fun at the notion, but don't explain why it is incorrect.

Do Sarries really have a reputation as "Galacticos"? Rich, sure... but...?

Who are the 9 from each side? I think I can count 10 in the Exeter side and don't know enough about Saracens to make a guess at who they are.

You're right, actually, it's 10 for Chiefs:
LCD, Ewers, Simmonds, Simmonds, Hill, Slade, Nowell, Moon, Skinner, Townsend
I'd missed Moon.

But then it's also 10 for Saracens cause I missed Barrington, haha:
George, Kruis, Itoje, Isiekwe, Wray, Farrell, Goode, Barrington, Spencer, Earle

Obviously social media isn't a good indicator but there's a ton of people saying they're just buying their way into ***les etc

How am I poking fun at the notion? Chiefs have been a hallmark of consistency throughout the season and to suggest that they are simply there to make the numbers up and that this is pretty much a formality is in my opinion wrong.

My post's in this thread are not aimed at anyone individually, if Sarries bring there 'A' game and win then fair play but I'm saying Chiefs 'A' games not bad either.

On the difference between Sarries and Chiefs, I feel that the Chiefs are so consistent and constantly play to a high level by doing the basics right. They are however for me very reliant on their forwards and while they have some very good backs as well, they are not the players that win the matches for Exeter. Sarries on the other hand have a more rounded team and also have a bit more x-factor with players who can turn a game by themselves, however they haven't always performed. This is shown in the league by Exeter being on top, they are a very consistent side. However I feel Sarries at their best are the complete team and definitely can turn form on it's head in a final.

Having said that Exeter beat them last year and went onto win, so maybe I completely wrong. What I do know is that it will be a fantastic final and neither side is going to just roll over.

Blimey, i cant believe what I'm reading .
A back line that contains Wyles, Barritt, Wigglesworth and Maitland being called Galacticos with X factor.

At what point has anyone said it's the Sarries back line that has the X factor?

There

Yes I have read my statement that you have underlined and highlighted in red. It's says, in case you weren't sure, "Sarries on the other hand have a more rounded team and also have a bit more x-factor."

Just to be clear 'and' is a coordinating conjunction, not a subordinating conjunction, there fore the two clauses in that statement are independent of each other. At no point have I said the Sarries back line has the x-factor, though Goode when he's on form can run some excellent lines and find space...just never did it for England.
