Wouldn't be surprised if it was at the behest of whichever crypto bros championed $TRUMP and $MELANIA coins to him - a lot of OG crypto people love (mainly just the idea of, rather than realities of) Silk Road
Everything's quid pro quo with Trump, and he's made more than a few quid off these coins

Let's not also forget trump is defacto in charge of cryptocurrency regulation in the US.

Even true libertarians still accept the idea of law. The silk road was a criminal network... Libertarians in the USA really do not follow libertarian ideology at all.
