In a way I think this is a more dangerous game for the All Blacks than last week. Argentina are back into a position of being firm underdogs with nothing to lose and everything to gain - people don’t expect them to win, whereas last week the general feeling was that the Pumas had a really good chance of at least pushing the ABs close. I don’t think Argentina handle a bit of external expectation well going into a big game. I think mentality wise they are back where they would want to be this week. There’s very little pressure on them, they can go out and play.

That is an extremely lengthy national anthem. Would like to see Argentina win this.

I think it is disgraceful what the All Blacks and Springboks are doing to Argentina and Australia next year.

That's gonna come back to haunt us. We have a saying "los goles que no se hacen en un arco se hacen en el otro". The goals you miss on one goal end up being scored on the other one.
Having said that, they did have to defend with 13 for a while so that should take its toll, too.

Wtf?!

Won't be watching that on general principle

I'm hoping World Rugby will step in and try and make the Rugby Championship still happen. Can't see why they couldn't fit in the extra test around the Rugby Championship.

Agree with this. Felt that Los Pumas got white line fever and butchered at least 2 opportunities. They are going to be made to pay.

It's mad that they think a test series (with, as you say, one more test than they'd be playing anyway) will kick up more cash than the RC, especially with Aus looking like they're rebounding and Arg putting up proper matches in the last 5ish years

Seems a bit short term to me, it would only take one team to go through a losing spell before the other starts looking at other options..

Ahem 6N

Given that Rugby is (in my opinion) not doing great outside of the Tier 1 nations. I would have thought that World Rugby would be really keen to preserve the Rugby Championship.

This will not help rugby in Argentina and Australia.

100% agree, hopefully World Rugby will step in, or the Boks and All Blacks will have second thoughts given the strength of Australia and Argentina. The Rugby Championship is actually my favourite competition. I prefer it to the 6N.
