[2025 Six Nations] Ireland vs France - 8/3/25

Ireland aren't asking any questions either too predictable, only so many loops they can make.
Sexton can change his gameplay up Prendergast can't yet, and with the Irish forwards looking powderpuff the defence don't need to commit much
I'd agree to a point, I can't recall seeing it so energised post WC.

Our refusal to compete on defensive ball with 3 top defensive jumpers is baffling.

7 1 working unfortunately well. Very hard to counter this when not at full strength.
You've been physically dominated the entire game. The first 15 minutes showed Ireland don't have the horses against the top teams.

McCarthy needs to take a massive step. He's been so-so for a while at the international level.

Strange comment considering they have won three championships in a row and two grand slams in that run.
Not to be that guy but noone has done a 3 peat. Ireland have won 2.

Also they've lost every rwc quarter final they've played, would lend credence to his comment

Hence beating SA down there last summer.

Bit reactionary.

France had to turn up today and play, but surprised Ireland have been heavily second best in most areas, bar the first 10 mins or territory. It's like they emptied the tank too early.
