[2025 Six Nations] Ireland vs France - 8/3/25

Prendergast rehabilitated.
Disappointing game. Got distracted at the beginning and didn't get what was wrong with that first try (or it wasn't a try), anyway pretty boring game ,both teams are poor today

riddled with errors and stupidity, as a spectacle it's been great, edge of the seat even as a neutral, with a slight favouritism towards a French victory, purely as it opens up the tournament, it's had a bit of everything.

How many teams have used it though?
South Africa, Bath and France? For a cumulative like 6 games?
People will just blanket apply it as ran absolute risk with no nuance of what may or may not have been trained for or if the pack contains players with experience and familiarity playing in the backs.

France making sure to follow through if Prendergast does a late release.

Easterby master HT adjuster?

Terrible when a knock on is given with blatant contact in the air with RH making no realistic attempt to win the ball.

That's consistent with the current laws they are just wrong, there isn't a lot more the defender can do, he doesn't initiate the contact and is as low as he can get.
