Nowhere near good enough - it only looked close because Ireland eased off when the game was won. Second half was completely unacceptable. Sick and tired of the same old mistakes in the same phases of the game. France next week is going to be an absolute bloodbath.

Congratulations Ireland. England really dropped off and ran out of steam having done a hell of a lot of defending. A lot of that felt self inflicted from an England point of view though. Ireland gained momentum and confidence and put some good stuff together. Crowley>Prendergast.

At times England looked good and others like a backwards step. The drop off at 60 mins again is a huge worry. Still feel like they have potential but when are we going to see it. 0 from 2 and Borthwick looking down the barrel.

We just played right into their hands the whole game, we played abit kicked it and absorbed wave after wave vert well. Then got the ball back played abit and kicked away then absolved wave after wave....after repeating this for 60 min...for some reason we were tired... the there were gaps for some reason...no idea why...


You can't defend constantly and expect it just to give you the win. We needed to keep the ball more and put pressure and not just kick soon as we have a shot.

We are not a bad team, we just put soooo much into defence that it faded.

Interesting I thought he was one of our best players.
