It doesn't have to be immediate, he's tackling a ball carrier. I only use the term sack to simplify the explanation. Technically he is the tackler not sacked, because it's not deemed a maul

So every time you see a penalty awarded for 'not an immediate sack' it's wrong? Even watching it back frame-by-frame, I'm not seeing it.
