I've thought he's been very passive and most of his kicks have been off the mark, too long, not high enough etc. we haven't been that great tactically either if that's what's he's supposed to bring.

Maybe I'm too harsh on him but he's not acting like an experienced FH.

For me, and as said earlier, the kicking has been good, as has the chasing.
It's been excessive, but that's on the coach, not the players.

Tactics - again, isn't that the coach who sets the tactics? I've not noticed any particularly poor tactical decisions (unlike his predecessor as FH) - individual mistakes, and poor orga isation in defence (especially early on, and especially after a kick) but again, that's not in the FH
