French pack winning all the physical encounters, compounded by England's rucks being messy as you like.

That's the main difference IMO. Not a backs issue for most part, especially in conditions like these.
 
Tbh the two French tries are exactly what England are missing. When was the last time we made a linebreak around the half-way line and finished it off in the same move? How often are England close to the try line and don't look like getting over? France clinical and England the exact opposite.
 
How long is it going to take these ******* players to realise poor discipline absolutely kills teams? This has been the same for years now. How the ******* hell can supposed professionals not work it out!? Just cut out the stupid bullshit.

Willis looks lost at times which I don't recall ever seeing before.
 
Was excited to see Smith but forgot that JVP is nowhere near international standard and so he doesn't get any good ball
