2023-2024 transfers

Assuming he
1. Hasn't signed any others
2. Hasn't tried to sign others

I would be amazed if he hasn't been in talks with Ross for example.

I love the Langdon signing, tell me more about Neild please, do you rate him?
Yeah Neild's a great club level flanker - he's a blindside who will also cover 8 and 7 at a push
Reminds me a lot of Jono Ross but with a few more braincells (i.e. a few less yellow cards) - very high workrate, will tackle and hit rucks all day long
Had a torrid time of injury in the past but looks to be past that now

Would've loved to have kept him but understand why he's off - minimal game time with the likes of the Du Preez twins, Curry twins and Ross ahead of him, so in terms of balancing the books it's better to have an academy kid as cover

Langdon is an excellent signing tbh.
Neild is very good depth signing in the back row.

Dimes isn't stupid he's building 2 prem level packs which will be massive for Worcester because they struggled to have 1 at times.

As expected and touted by some on here. John Ryan signs from Munster.

Ryan is a decent prop. Has illness issues (Crohn's disease) whereby he's not always fit, but certainly a better player than Archer.

Ok didn't know that but still happy to have him. Will sit along side Vicent Koch which we can't be unhappy about.

You can hopefully see him play against Exeter this weekend. Alternatively if Van Graan starts Archer you can see me have a mental breakdown in the crowd.

More I think about it letting Ryan go is a terrible bit of business considering how little we've let Knox play. Leaves us with very little in the position.

Is Toomaga-Allen off?
I thought I'd read he was but may have imagined it

It wouldn't surprise me. Seems to be a lot of the All Blacks are heading off same time. So JTA has only really been playing second string games as he played Prem Cup but not league and was banned for striking a Sarries player after back chat. His wife was back in NZ and said along the lines of, will be glad to do this more when home. Also important to note with Ryan in we have Koch, Ryan, Alo (signed new deal last year), Scholtz, JTA and Millar-Mills.

So we have so far:

In: Vincent Koch (THP), John Ryan (THP), Kiran McDonald (Lk), Burger Odendaal (C), Immanuel Feyi-Waboso (C)
Out: Thomas Young (FLR), Vaea Fifita (FLR/LK), Jimmy Gopperth (FH/C), Malaki Fekitoa (C)

Contract Extensions: Biyi Alo, Roger Martinez, Tom West, Zac Nearchou, Rob Hardwick, Pietro Turrisi, Fyn Brown, Olly Hartley, Ollie Dawkins

Rumoured: Will Haydon Wood (To be confirmed by seems pretty dead cert now leaked), few other rumours floating but not much set in stone.
