2021 British & Irish Lions Squad

I can't be all holier than thou as I've wrongly used the word scum to describe players like Marler and Brown but it seems a bit over the top. POM has just always striked me as a old school player who's a little dirty but I've never seen him go way over the top. Cheap shots, yes but nothing more than that really.

"I could pull up clips all day" but you can't...... Here I will help you. See if there's anything in this pretty crap clickbait video that smacks of pre meditated attempts to hurt:

Mostly just the usual comes to nothing shoving we see every week in rugby.

Also just on defending him to the bitter end, I have been very critical of O'Mahony's standard of play and his idiotic red card this past year in particular. I think what's tragic is calling someone pure scum based off a Yellow card offence.

If you can find the footage of his first yellow from that game, you'll see it was the exact same offense as the one he got red for against Wales. He cleans out a lot with forearm to head contact. Gets away with it a lot too. But again, as it is regional rugby it never gets seen.

POM is a chippy prick but he's not on the level of guys like Calum Clarke, Bakkies Botha, Brad Davies etc.

It's only Farrell, so who cares? He's handed out much worse with his shoulder charges
That awkward moment when you don't realise there is more than 1 Farrell who plays rugby, or that the Farrell you are thinking of doesn't play for Munster...

Don't tempt me switch out 9,12, 13 and 14 and we might have the makings of an exciting test side.

Gatland promised everyone a start in the first three games and so... Farrell (who did nothing when he came on against Japan) outside Russell worries me. Would rather Henshaw was at 12 but he'll be rested.

I personally felt that the team he put out vs Japan, minus a few switches is his idea of his starting team for the first test.

Itoje and Lawes is a lock combo that have been proven not to work. Can't believe gatland would go with two light weights.

I see the Lions (South African) finished bottom of their conference with only five points and so some of Gatland's baffling picks may not get found out this weekend. Given that Lawes came on for AWJ after only 7 minutes I wonder if it might be Itoje and Beard.

If Beard started a test match (he won't) and we won would he still be a **** rugby player?

Okay, let me rephrase. If Beard started a test match and we won, would he still be an average rugby player?

Christ get that chip off, I don't think anyone has said he's **** just bang average, meh and anonymous.

Still players like Trevor Woodman started a world cup final and won, I don't think you'll find many willing to go out and bat for him as anything special.
