People might realise that a back line can function with descent service from a SH.

Yeah I mean on the EJ thing, this is my biggest issue with him - in early years he was quite good at identifying when a player had exceeded his usefulness and was holding the team back but in recent years it's been harder and harder to change his perceptions. And loyalty to the wrong players has held us back at key moments

It's his kicking out of hand and general passing etc that's been poor. The missed place kicks are just the icing on the cake.
