1. If you watch Ireland the 1 thing they actually excel at is defense. Excluding England game, they pretty much are consistently tough to break.
2. North has ran over Keith but Keith has made him look a spare prickle too.
3. Earls was a Lion too. Point is North is not the North of 2013 and neither is Davies
4. I seriously believe you are after setting up Wales backs to fall there. Irelands backs aren't flashy but are cut throat as in give Earls or Stockdale a sniff and they punish. Their try scoring stats throughout their careers say that.

Tbf, defensively JD2 has been outstanding. His spot tackling is a massive reason why Wales have excelled defensively so far this tournament. Obviously hasn't fired as much in attack, but hasn't been awful.

Ringrose is opposite him though, he's been nothing short of ridiculous the past 12 months with and without the ball, and probably the only Irish player who's form hasn't taken a hit. Right now he's the better of the two.

Again not sure if you read well. But can I ask how would you class Earls as a winger too be too weak in defense yet be probably the #1 winger in the eyes of probably the most detailed eye coach. And defensive kingpin.
On his speed. If you think Earls is slow maybe watch him. He is certainly not slow. Shown by many last gasp defensive effort where he sprinted from opposite wing and length of field to deny a try.

What happened in 2017 is irrelevant as it's 2019 we are in.

I watched our slam match the day after, was like watching it live knowing the result.

yeah well if your memory only goes back a week maybe you can see fox set up adams and scoring the second try last saturday is that near enough for you? Oh and liam magnificent again...adams a fantastic finish....parkes man of the match....if you want to go back a few more weeks youll see north going 60 meters in paris and adams downing the english.

Wales have better threequarter line, ireland have a better fly half, irish pack have more ball carriers, welsh back row have more footballers and possibly quicker to breakdown, scrum will be evens lineout irish edge, the best irish players are the 2 world class props. thats how I see it roll
