Larmour did really well there.
It could be. I'm not exactly sure of the rule. But I always thought it was the ball has to be over the line, not just the body.I thought if the ball was still moving it was ok?
So it stops the situations where the ball was at a standstill in the in goal and players would stand over the back line and reach in and grab the ball to force a scrum from the kick
Nothing to gain leaving them on. Get Carty and Marmion some experience. Can someone explain to me why Murray and Sexton are still on?

Yeah shame is a bit much. I suspect the players have taken their eyes off the ball because Schmidt has announced he's leaving. Thats where i'm coming from. Drastic measures and all....
Because both are really playing their form off a cliff. Can someone explain to me why Murray and Sexton are still on?
People put way to much stock in tactics/plan B etc. Doesn't explain basic errors.I do hope that Ireland are trying to play some different tactics, because this isn't the Irish team of last year. Maybe in a WC year they are holding some secrets back.
I know some Irish fans might hate me, but Ireland remind me of England during their ridiculous penalty phase when they kept making out the ref was wrong rather than adapt even if the ref was useless.
No, we're just pathetic. Thought we were the best side in the world, got dicked by England and the camp soured.I do hope that Ireland are trying to play some different tactics, because this isn't the Irish team of last year. Maybe in a WC year they are holding some secrets back.
Not out but better than the Haskell, wood, Cole era. Only one of them is left. You do realise we're not out of that phase yet...?
