I don't really understand the whole contact in the air thing at lineouts, but surely that's contact in the air?
 
NZ player hits English players arm at the lineout, completely legit apparently

You mean the deliberate ripping of Shields' hand away from the ball, whilst both arenin the aid? The offence that sees other players getting carded if too obvious? (This wasn't card worthy, but 100% penalty to England)
 
That free kick is the first thing I'd question from Garcés all day. He's been really letting the game flow and that's very ticky tacky.
 
Also should have been an English penalty there they held onto that for an age. George on was a poor decision
