@TRF_Olyy I have a fist full of gummy bears in my hand right now. If I can eat them all in one go will you do the manly thing and leave this forum? Or are you........ Chicken?
I'm a grown man, I don't go in for childish bets like this.

Now if you wanted to wager on how much lego you can fit up your bum then I'm all ears.

Surely being all bum would be more useful?

I'm thinking we flip a coin, heads you leave the forum, tails you don't stay?! Any tiebreaker will be solved by figuring out whose dad would win in a fight.

Agree with this.

Also can we please have a Tiger fan as mod.

I remember the days when it was Irish and English fans talking about space jam, those were the days.

Problem is a rugby game was played since then and people made decisions other people disagree with that benefited the other side.

+1. I'm legit going to the zoo today, and I'll pitch the idea to the tigers there.

Hereby I have a new rule no nationality other than the teams that are playing in that match is allowed to comment on that particular forum. What you think England? Makes things easier and simpler for you lot, then you wouldnt have to put up with banter from outsiders...

You're doing your country a disservice .

I already have a fully assembled lego Tie Fighter up there. Your move trolyy

Happy to have got over the line in the end as there was a point where I genuinely thought we might have lost this when they scored. Should have been probably 2 tries up by HT but a combination of good defending, poor finishing and reckless indiscipline cost us.

Binny was fantastic as ever and set a platform for quick ball and others to make metres in the space that provided, was impressed by how quickly we moved the ball at times when we strung phases together whilst he was continually getting over the gainline. Itoje was also very good and hopefully he keeps his place in a fortnights time, I'd like to see him move 6 if Berry is fit enough to come back, think having an extra jumper in the lineout could be crucial against Wales. Time to drop Haskell in his place, I think Robshaw has played better anyway but the pointless arm-charge yesterday put the final nail in the coffin.

I still don't think Ford/Farrell is working so I'm optimistic we can get Tuilagi involved maybe next week, would love to see him start at 12, think having another strong ball-carrier like him will offset Roberts well and more importantly won't allow Wales to try and nullify Binny by sticking Lydiate on him. Not really fussed about the 10 although Farrell has been in better form so far as Ford has struggled to hit the heights of last years 6N so far, but up against Biggar we could use his tactical kicking game.

This would probably be my 23 for Wales then:

1 Joe Marler - Extra scrummaging strength against Samson Lee, needs to keep his emotions in check
2 Dylan Hartley - Think George based on ability should start eventually but this is a crucial game and Hartley has led us well so far.
3 Dan Cole - Not sure if Brookes needs to be eased in still, and think we could use Cole's ability over the ball in the earlier stages.

4 Joe Launchbury - Assuming fit, allows Itoje to move to 6, three jumpers to counteract Wyn-Jones/Charteris, and simply too good a player to leave out IMO.
5 George Kruis - Played very well so far and an asset at the line-out.

6 Maro Itoje - Another line-out jumper as mentioned, he's been very good so far and looks like a potential world-class player, time to put faith in him.
8 Billy Vunipola - Been superb, devastatingly good ball-carrier nothing more really to be said.
7 Chris Robshaw - I'd like to see Clifford start eventually but like Hartley, think we could do with an experienced head in the back-row. Been consistently good as ever.

9 Ben Youngs - Think we could do with his box-kicking to counteract Biggar's kicking game which is why he starts over Care, who can aswell be more of a danger off the bench.
10 George Ford - Same as Youngs, really just starting over Farrell for his tactical kicking to offset Biggar and better creativity but needs to up his game big-time.

12 Manu Tuilagi - Farrell isn't really working here so why not? Another strong-carrier in the side and can hopefully open up spaces for the likes of Joseph outside him.
13 Jonathan Joseph - Would like to see Daly get a chance here eventually but Joseph hasn't really done anything wrong, needs better ball but will always be clinical and that could be key here.

11 Jack Nowell - Been great so far, fast cementing his name as one of the first on the team sheet.
15 Mike Brown - Had an average 6N so far, but still good under the high ball and a leader in the side.
14 Anthony Watson - A bit quiet against Ireland but always dangerous and done nothing wrong so far.

16 Mako Vunipola - Marler to start against Samson Lee as the better scrummager, but Mako's carrying off the bench could be useful in the last 20/30.
17 Jamie George - Hartley starts because he's not done much wrong, led the team well and experienced. George's ability in the loose can hopefully case problems against tired legs late though and he'll cement the line-out with his darts.
18 Kieran Brookes - Potential starter but as mentioned Cole's ability over the ball could useful, Brookes can ease back in to the fold and come on late to cement the scrum.
19 Courtney Lawes - Assuming back and fit, cover for lock nothing more really.
20 Jack Clifford - Potential starter but think we could do with Robshaw's experienced presence, and good to have a strong carrier late on and somebody who can cover 6, 7 and 8 effectively.

21 Danny Care - Youngs fits the gameplan better initially but hopefully Care can do what he does off the bench and up the tempo at the end to cause problems like against Ireland.
22 Owen Farrell - Potential starter but Ford fits the gameplan a bit better.
23 Elliot Daly - Covers 13, 11, 15 and potentially 12 and in great form so an obvious option for this spot.

What defence?

I don't think Ford was useless but I also don't think he was brilliant either. Honestly I can't see Eddie dropping him now but I'd really like him not to go on the summer tour get proper pre-season training for Bath and find some confidence again. It really feel like the way he was treated by Lancaster has done something terribly wrong. His defence doesn't bother me but his instincts in attack are a shadow of what they were last season.

His defence doesn't bother you? May I enquire as to why? To be frank it terrifies me. The idea that he's going to anything other than a speed bump to Jamie Roberts seems a vain hope at the moment. I watched him carefully yesterday and I fully concur that his radar in attack is well awry. If he doesn't bring the extras in attack, he's not worth a place in the squad.

Look Conar Murray is a hot guy. In one of my more delicate, precious moments, i'd let him. I wouldn't let Brown near me with Conar's and that is the underlining issue here. Would the Irish and Welsh - cause they have to jump into everything don't they - be so upset if Brown had kicked Nathan White? Or Devan Toner? No they wouldn't.

Firstly well done England, thoroughly deserved win, could have been more and I think Eddie Jones has done wonders in both his selections and the way he seems to have changed attitudes in his squad. I am feeling a little worried about what happens in 2 weeks time.
Secondly what a difference a ref makes 8 out of 10 for Poite against 2 out of 10 for Barnes.
Finally Brown has to miss the rest of the championship, he's as thick as they come, how he thought his actions would go unmissed I'll never know, he get's nearer to a red card every time he put's an England shirt on, he needs someone to give him a few hard slaps. If Brown doesn't get banned then the authorities aren't doing their job. If he ends up playing against Wales and or France he will get wound up to the point he will react and get a card, for the sake of decency within the game I hope he gets a decent length ban, for the sake of Wales I hope he plays against us as his child like anger may prove the difference on the day. There have been plenty of you guys sticking up for him, wrongly in my opinion and a bit one eyed. Would you be sticking up for Rob kearney or George North had they done the same to an England player and how would you feel if it was your son getting kicked not once but several times ? The game is different now to the days when pretty much anything went when rucking, mauling or in the scrum, the game is a lot cleaner and therefore more attractive to newcomers whether players or fans.
Surely from a rugby point of view we need more following as players and fans with Barnes poor display on Friday evening and Brown's inappropriate use of the boot only serving to turn people away from the game we love.

Ford is never going to a beast in defence, plus to be honest whilst it's a problem he's not exactly causing our defence overall problem. People don't score points because of his poor defence so it doesn't bother me as much as him not firing on all cylinders. When he's on attacking form he's worth way more than his inadequacies in defence.

People have to get use to Ford's defence never looking amazing if they want a solid defender with no attacking flair @10 there's a candidate but I'd rather Ford on attacking form.

Not gonna happen. France game maybe.

Can't see him making it to the next WC, his pace is starting to go now so will be gone by then. Great under the high ball though so stick with him for awhile.
