2016 Olympic Games, Rio

Finally I found the thread of the Olympic Sevens

F***ck you Imhoff!

Medal.....well done Max now to wait to see the colour.

That was a epic game of sevens! The ref is too strict he disrupts the game too much you can clearly see that guy is an asshole.

Too strict? Not strict enough! How Argentina got away with that blatant high tackle yet GB get a yellow for a similar incident...

Well he is French, guess he felt foul that France were out and just wanted to participate in the standard past time of French refs and try to screw over England/GB whenever they can. Also the Assistant saying the spear tackle was just a penalty!? WTF is wrong with these people?

The BBC commentary is absolutely awful. Did think it was unprofessional of Woodward to shout when GB scored but not that big an issue.

They should have got 7s experts to commentate

If one those high tackles is yellow both are.

The spear tackle was easy yellow I dunno if they give out reda in sevens that often but some refs would of given one for it in 15s

He just wants his team to win any commentator will do the same.

Bronze for Max in gymnastics first medal in all round for 108 years. Well done!

To be honest, they should. Rules for that are exactly the same as 15s.

I thought it was him, but wasn't 100% sure. I agree, very unprofessional, he has taken enough of a panning in this thread so far that further criticism is hardly surprising.

Its the only time they've shown any emotion all bloomin' week

when the ref is the one that calls it and it just asking the ar for advice they will rarely be like nah you are wrong it should have been a red, i'm sure if he would have just asked rasta "what do you think the card should be" that rasta would have said red

Has this been the best 24 hours (medals wise) GB has had in the first week?

2 Golds
2 Slivers
2 Bronze

(I think ATM)

I'm trying to be slightly nice on your defeat shouldn't complain too much when you've won. But yeah I've pretty much said several times on this forum anything like that should be red.

Imhoff was in the sevens like compensation for not be convened for the Pumas XV ( You know... the stupid only Jags in the Pumas rule)

Much better from us than this afternoon. Still anyone in the top 4's gold. I just hope Cecil Africa gets his goal kicking on song. 20% accuracy is no good even if its 7s. The Stormers have had to play Super Ruby without Senatla, Kolbe and De Jongh, so only gold will be enough to make it up for Stormers fans.
