Yup not sure what grounds in Rugby areas they could use.

West County has Sandy Park, Kingholm and kind of Cardiff. Only other things in the area for a Rugby heartland is the Rec (too small if extremely picturesque) and that's it unless you count football grounds.

Football grounds are way bigger in capacity you have to go to them.
