dunno much about Moore, but apparently he's 1m80/123kg lol. I mean give me an example that goes clearly against what I'm saying here, to the point where I have no choice but to reconsider my position.
And dude, in 2012 and 2013 (as far as I know, maybe 2011, 2010...etc...also) France had the best scrum in the world statistically. We collected the most penalties there, and gave away the fewest of any nation. Since the rule change, and very, very notably in the last 6N, France have given away a bunch of penalties, including against Wales, Italy, Ireland AND SCOTLAND. Had you told me this a year ago, and that we'd be packpedaling against Scotland, that Scotland would choose the scrum against us after penalty, or that we'd lose our own-fed scrums to teams, I'd think either Mas and Domingo both lost a leg or that they had some kind of quickly degenerative condition.
Nope...just rule changes.
Mas said himself: "you're taught how to do something and do it for over a decade, and then they change it in a day......"
Domingo spoke about it too in an interview, it's a topic that came up, everybody knows it in France, the scrum is our pride and there was even an entire article about it, the ***le of which went smt like: "the French scrum: from a strength to a flaw".
Dude, have you watched France scrummage in recent years: 2011, 2012, 2013; VS France in the 2014 6N ?? I'm "exaggerating" ?? I wish...
