2014 6 Nations: Italy vs England (Round 5)

England handling errors continue with abundance. But Italy can't convert those opportunities...good defense from England.

Nowell being criticised for the knock on, but a shocking pass from Burrell. Italy look too fired up for England to run up too much of a score (I hope).

God damn it, if Campagnaro had not been just brought down that would've been an easy run it and another try for my fantasy team  Sarto shouldve passed it too when he got close

Our backs are being silly here. Bit of pressure from Italy and we're trying to force things. Lets play some phases in the forwards and make some space out wide first shall we?

England have a real problem at the TH. Dan Cole isn't the best scrummager in the world, and Wilson can't hang against Italy's secondary scrum-squad.

We really need some loosehead scrummagers.....Corbs is so injury prone, Marler and Mako are both suspect (the latter more than the former who has improved) but do we not need at least another class one to be considered a real RWC challenger..discuss?

Mako was the one penalised there, seriously good scrummaging from Italy though, great timing.

Except its Vunnipola who is going backwards, not Wilson...

Well, no.
Penalties are coming through Vunipola's side - Wilson is holding his side well.

Farrell handing May a hospital pass extraordinaire!!!!

Too much rugby from England and not enough use of the head.................get the head into this and the "80 points" could be possible!!!!

except Wilson was under major pressure there...

Because the entire scrum is under pressure, because Mako is being turned inside out.

That last passage really showed what we need to do (run direct) and what we don't need to do (offload constantly and pass wide before drawing a man).
