[2013 TRC] Australia vs. Argentina in Perth (14/09/2013)

They haven't been overly happy with him for a while. His energy has not been the same as it once was.

Still I think he's an unique player, of those who can win a game almost by their own. I got the image of him scoring tries by himself.
I reckon Will Genia is one of those players that even though they're not in form, they always have to play. He's just essential.

And besides, isn't he the captain of the team??

Apparently Pumas will play with this shirt instead of the original white and light-blue:

Genia hasn't been on good form, suppose Mackenzie is probably hoping this will get him back on track. It's not like its Nick Phips I could understand outrage if it was
Phips but White is good player.

They played in that shirt for the warm up matches with the Waratahs as well. Not sure why they need to use their away kit to play Australia, surely it would have made more sense to have used it against England in June instead of England playing in maroon/purple?

I like the Pumas selection for this game and I think Cubelli will offer a better tactical presence at scrum half compared to Landajo. Creevy is a far better player than Guinazu but his lineout work let's him down. They should have more strike power in the backs this time as well without Fernandez who has been useless with ball in hand in this tournament, Bosch isn't been much better either.

Mmm... Genia in a wheelchair is still the best Aussie scrum-half

Creevy is far the best forward of the Pumas, I'cant believe he's on the bench sometimes.

I like that alternate jersey of the Pumas. I still love their usual one more; reminds me a bit of WP and I just like blue and stripes.

honestly, those look fan-fkn-tastic if you ask me (yes I know, nobody's asked me....).
They capture that puma pattern there smoothly and subtly. The color is beautiful. Excellent.

That away kit is fantastic - now they just need to re-work or get rid of the puma pattern on their home shirt.

me 2 buddy... but let´s get real: Australia is the 4th IRB best rugby team in the world...and playing at home

Ye but I don't remember seeing them in such a bad moment as now. We have a good chance to beat them.

Wouldn't it be great if the Argies could, as I hope, pull one off against the Aussies today for their first win in this competition!!
