Hits his hands first so don't believe so. Same way if a player clearly drops it and kicks the ball before it hits the ground it's always ruled a knock on.

That's a great check to be fair, most refs would just have called that a knock on and not gone back.

No complaints best team won due to better second half by Leinster.
Thought at half time we could get something not a win.
Poor execution 2nd half.
Looking Forward to Dublin visit next weekend even we get a kicking again.

Saints are a good side and showed it in the first half. Got outplayed in the second but that happens and they'll he better for it.

From a Leinster perspective, absolutely delighted. Seven tries, held Saints to none for over 70 minutes, withstood loads of pressure in the second half and didn't give an inch. Josh is really stepping up, going onto a whole other level at the moment.

It's a chance for Harry Byrne to step up and earn his European debut off the bench.

Kelleher out for this and more games apprently. Disappointing, hope he's back in time for the Six Nations. Cronin is back in training though so should balance things up at the very least. Having both in the 23 would be class though.
