That was poor defence on the right wing - how did we leave them with numbers out wide when we should have been marking up from the scrum?

I always find it hard to fault the men in the defensive line when they're just outnumbered.
Fault is to whoever allowed the 3 to be defending the 4, so probably someone on the other side of the field failing to fan out around the quick ruck
Tommy Allan> Farrell and by extension the inferior Ford.
