3rd test - Australia v British & Irish Lions

Lions to win by about 30 points. Pundits like Matt Dawson will then go crazy saying this is one of the best and most talented Lions team of all time!

I think Farrell has the chance to go high risk high reward in this final test...

Skelton and Valetini were clearly not fit, Lions out lasted the Ausies.

I'd go with:

Genge Sheehan Furlong
Itoje Beirne
VDF Conan Morgan
JGP Russell
Aki Jones
Lowe Kinghorn VDM

I know what your thinking, scrum was superb with Porter, but I genuinely think Dkeltons size causes scrum issues for Aus.

Beirne from 6 to lock is risky, but VDF can help in the lineout, as can Conan.

I'd prefer TUI and Ringrose, and if that was possible id go for it, but neither seem good, and Aki Jones have proven strong enough in 2 tests now.

Id keep Lowe, for his weaknesses he creates in the red zone, and VDM finishes. Keenan Lowe and Freeman look poor as a unit, Keenan and Freeman have been good though, but I would want to put the hammer down.

Kinghorn  Freeman*

*Firstly id go Freeman over Lowe, he's been poor where as Freeman when actually given some ball he's looked good(average to poor first game), Secondly DVDM has been pretty bad the whole tour, if Hansen is not fit then I'd go Graham which is a risk but he has some wheels that few can match.

Graham's tour is over from an injury/playing perspective. He may have stayed a goodwill gesture given how unlucky he was and because there was only 12 days left until everyone flies home anyway. If he's rooming with another player then there's no real cost saving by sending him home and he's a good lad to have around the squad.

Fully expect VDF to start and Bealham on the bench to ensure a clean sweep of test caps for the lads. I will also be amazed if Lowe gets dropped as Farrell won't want the noise/controversy after BOD in 2013 - he'll want to return to a happy camp.

Grahams gone home already hasn't he.

I agree Freeman has been the better player, but Lowes the type of weapon Freeman isnt. The boot, those cheeky offloads etc. Same with VDM, flawed player but massive weapon, a bit like 2015 Cuthbert (i think 2013 Cuthbert was on too good a form to compare to VDM)
