I'm not sure if he reversed the 25% steel and car tariffs already in place.
I think it was just the "shake down the world day" tariffs.
I wonder if China invaded Taiwan they will end up at 0%?
I am a bit surprised that China didn't retaliate to yesterday's 21% extra tariffs

And by "everyone" he means (last time I checked") Everyone except Russia, Belarus and NKorea - and China as above; who are somewhere between 104% and 145%
Obviously, Russia, Belarus and NKorea have pre-existing tariffs that Tantrump hasn't touched (yet - and shush, no-one tell him about those, or they'll be lifted).
Oh yeah, and Canada and Mexico on some stuff because... fentanyl (about 4kg p.a. IIRC from Canada)

Also you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for having a trade deficit with us.
What's never realised is that a huge part of the trade imbalance is that many large US corps farmed out their manufacturing overseas because they were chasing profits.
Apple being a prime example, from what I can see, they manufacture nothing per se, just assemble components from foreign sources.

There are a lot of things I actually agree with but I won't openly admit it because you're a foreigner and it's a foreign forum,and it will be kind of... betrayal of my country (not government). And of course I don't support anything going in Ukraine (and it had a strong negative influence on me and my life, if to describe it shortly and without emotions). I have lots of relatives there, I was born there (although grew up and spent biggest part of my life in Russia),and in general it's clear that it's all wrong and terrible,just shouldn't be like that.
I live in another country for 8.5 years so far though.
To sum up: "I love my country,but I hate my government".
I think the US has only one major chip manufacturer left now, Intel.
Intel has diversified around the world so there no single point of failure (major production plant in Leixlip, Ireland)
All the other manufacturers are fabless, design chips and get them fabricated elsewhere mainly TSMC in Taiwan.
AMD and Nvidia being the best two examples of that. The US just doesn't have the engineers, the technology or the skilled workers required.

We don’t recognize Taiwan? News to me. Why because we didn’t take a charade vote in the UN? Makes sense considering we will likely leave the organization in the next few years.
Because I can tell you it’s much, much easier to get a visa from Taiwan or immigrate here. My neighbor is Taiwanese and brought his whole family here.

I can't express my thoughts in a more complicated way that I use when I speak languages that I know better. So it looks sometimes too simple 
(and I have an huuuuge accent when I speak it in a real life )

The US doesn't have a diplomatic relations with Taiwan but then nearly all other countries don't. Interestingly around 100 nations recognise China's right to Taiwan
