She certainly sang it!! Very droll....

I wonder who asked for the different interpretation that she sang and who arranged it? Maybe she did both but I doubt she did it and approached the powers that be with the completed version?

At least the 2nd rendition of world in union on the album is a better version being the version used for the 1999 RWC.
