If you want to put a star of a player you add this ''^''after the player name ,you can do that with woosaah editor.

Can someone please help.
I have been trying to load my own roster. Everytime I load the roster in normal game play, it works fine, but when I play the world league it resets to the default roster. I have now set my roster as the default roster with woosaah's editor, but when I start a world league the game throughs me out.
Do I need to edit a file or something????

un-install the new one and then install this old one, can't guarantee that it will work but it works for me.
You must use the old roster editor for that to work, download it HERE.

Thanks it worked, I managed to add Argentina to my tri nations but I cant select to play with them is there a way to edit some files? to fix this.

Ok I uninstalled the editor b/c I was having some trouble with it, and was hoping a re-install would help. Now I can't re-install I keep getting Error 2755
Anyone know about this?

I just downloaded the editor from Intercept King JdV's post. I have no clue how to use it. It's asking me to open a roster. How do I do this. I'm using vista.
Any help would be appreciated.

When you first open the program after installing, you have to give it a file path to save into. If you do not, any editing that you do will not be saved. I'm pretty sure that you only get one chance, and if you miss is, you have to re-install (no big thing). To edit a roster, go to you Rugby 08 files (saved games, rosters, etc.) via C:\Users\X\Documents\EA Sports Rugby 08\. Open the Rugby 08.ros. Edit away.

Thanks, I got it working. But I still don't know how to get the kits I downloaded into the game. I read the readme file but I can't get the 3rd stage.
Installation:
i) Unzip files
ii) Copy files in EA Sports Rugby 08 root directoty
eg. C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\EA SPORTS Rugby 08
Note: The Currie Cup teams do not exist in Rugby 08.
So to install the kit you can rename the kit front to,
b63758cb857bd490f55e2852bcb12e85.big and the back to,
3bbd170982c020de84be018c846d4c9c.fsh. This will overwrite
the Bulls Super 14 home kit. Enjoy

anyone know how to remove characteristics from Global edit?
IE - I have checkbox 9,10,11 and Crash ball and Gap Defense on 99 for every player (makes the game far more realistic, and challenging) - but one of checkbox 9/10/11 removes the players abilities to be injured so im trying to remove them 1 at a time and find out which it is. Problem is, I cant seem to remove the boxes on the global edit button - I can uncheck them but when i click Set Global (or whatever it is) and save it doesnt update it and all the boxes are still ticked...
