Yet again, you've missed the point of this thread. It's a thread based around opinions, and clearly you have some very strong ones. That does not, however, make them any more right, nor does it give you the right to slam other opinions as you have done.
It's people you would like to see on the tour. It doesn't have to be 'realistic', as it's who people would personally like to see make the tour and represent their country.
Would you have selected the likes of Toeava and Jason Eaton for the End of Year tour a couple of years back? No, probably not. That's what makes the End of Year tour so much fun, there's always the possibility of a few 'bolters' getting into the team. Given the size of the squad and the match against Munster, I would say that 'realistically' some of the names you have written off have a chance of making the squad.
If you could be so kind as to remove your head from your ass I think you would therefore be able to hear the 'whooshing' sound that has just flown past. You might also realise that the All Blacks can no longer call themselves the greatest rugby nation (arrogance is usually our greatest downfall) and that just because Shane Williams is from the Northern Hempishere does not mean he would fail to make a Southern Hemisphere team.
P.S Making assumptions usually makes you look a little silly.
