I read that the draw will take place closer to the tournament which makes more sense.
From a Scotland perspective our aim should be to dislodge France and get into the top 8 seeds but a lot can happen between now and the draw. We were fortunate as third seeds to draw an out of sorts Samoa who were one of the poorer second seeds.
