Anyone had any issues trying to install this? I can't seem to get it to work. Either says it needs steam open (which it it) or that there is a file missing.

Defender usually quarantines this one file. Will happen often. In actions there is an option to Remove/Restore. If you restore it should work for a few days before defender quarantines it again. (If it is the same type of problem).
If you downloaded the crack version there are normally 3 files that need to be copied into the game folder. One of the files is the steam file.

Rc3 it is so difficult to install due mandatory online starting mode....i prefer continue to play with Rc and Rc2 ....
