Uli's Rugby 08 Mod Thread

How many faces have you used of the spares? Another idea I had before we start adding new ones is to try using the filenames and codes from R06 which didn't make it into R08.
Just knowing how many problems it's caused in C07 with roster makers being careless I'm trying to avoid creating new faces out of thin air like we did there.

hey uli ive noticed that the french have white shorts and socks in their kit but in rugby 08its all just blue.

Yes, i just would have to replace the home short by the away shorts (white). But they only used blue shirt and white short in the World Cup against the All Blacks. The home kit is blue shirt and blue shorts as they are in the game. So it would be useless.

Me and other facemakers have used almost all the unused faces, there's left some retired player faces to replace but i have to search.

Sorry mate i'm a bit busy now. But i will make new kits for the 2008/2009 patch after launch MUP 2007/2008. Anyway if someone want to make it can use my template. It's very easy but it takes time that unfortunately i don't have :lol:

You mentioned you were going to work on a HD matfield if so are you still doing those hd faces?.

How is that you do HD stuff?

makes the file bigger say for example a normal face is 250x250 he would do it 500x500. i think that is hd way.

HD method:

Enlarge the template to double the original size, then add the images. You'd struggle to find good size images for faces though.
