If that side of the bracket plays out in favourites winning their round of 16 match, the QF's will be

France vs England quarter final
Spain/Italy vs Germany quarter final

If I had to pick from the other side of the bracket, I'd say Belgium, Croatia or Poland will make the final. Either way a team who has never won a major tournament will be in the final, how exciting!

Yeah, unfortunate how, due to all 46 players watching Euro 2016 Ireland fan videos, the final got cancelled though. Between that and the Ireland v New Zealand game in 2013 being rained out in the 79th minute weird happenings have really hindered rugby over here.

In fairness it hard for minnows to open up with huge reward at stake. Like can't see Ireland's approach being same as Italy game. But agree on it being biggest result also if they win I think they'd beat England or Iceland
