Transfers 2015/16

Tom Morton is a 10 in the academy, played all the age grades for England but was never first choice. Promising player from what I've heard, though.
James can, in theory, fill in at 10 but he's played less senior rugby there than Devoto - might not have played there at all as an adult, thinking about it. Definitely hasn't for the Sharks, not sure about the Jets.

Really not sure whether we'll sign another 10 - I'd think we'd need one as we're signing a guy with one season of pro rugby under his belt, and a championship player. An experienced head could be needed.
Some people are trying to reignite the Priestland rumour but I don't think that'll happen, he'd have been the first to be announced not the last.
I can understand why Nick Macleod left, but it's that kind of player that we should be after - prem standard, lots of experience, but not first choice.

I was thinking that before, but he said he wants to be first choice 10 wherever he goes.
First choice in the Championship vs Backup/rotating in the Premiership could be a tough choice, though.

Wasps? Bath?

...Sharks?

They've literally lost all of their FH's for next season, and I'm pretty sure his mum is from The North.

Bath season gets from bad to worse with Bath and Amanaki Mafi parting ways after he got into an altercation with a club med.

Cian Kelleher is gone to Connacht.

Rumours that Billy Dardis is heading to Exeter and Harrison Brewer is going to play in NZ.

We have announced the signing of Canadian lock forward Evan Olmstead. Another big unit with lots of mongrel. If he follows the usual Canadian lock forwards like Norm Hadley, Jamie Cudmore etc then ill be more than happy.

Looks like Dean is going for a huge powerful pack next season.

2 more signings to be announced this week also.

Ben Botica confirmed to Montpellier will do well under Jake White already has experience of French clubs.

Good luck! He tends to lots of mistakes but does have talent! Only not really shown it when I have seen him......take it he is going as No 2 or 3 to back up that Aussie guy with the hair you got as replacement for FTD?

Incidentally is FTD opening another restaurant in Toulouse?!!

Interviewed him in Sale when we played the 1/4 final challenge for the French Rugby Newspaper, Midol and he is an absolute ace, nothing was too much trouble and given the result he was very accommadating, the only thing he could not answer was who was going to win the Grand National the next day, i thought all Irishmen were hoss experts.
Excellent career with Ireland and his clubs, Phillips if he comes to half of Stringers standards, he will have progressed, there is no stopping this youngster Stringer, and Phillips no doubt will be playing 2nd fiddle on the bench where he belongs.
