Too busy with family......!! Just managed to get the Stade abortion of a game tonight before they all arrive tomorrow and have to go to the airport Sunday pm to pick up another.....sorry BE but rugby has to coome second this weekend and next also and that is Masters weekend!!!!!

Canal+ has just offered me the golf channel free for 3 months so i will be able to watch the last day on Sunday but no Tiger, we are in Grenoble for most of the weeend going on a working type social weekend abot 30 of us, so should be fun especially after we take the 4/5 points to stay TOP OF THE TOP 14. Invited last thurs to the casino by the club that was fun, did not play just drank and ate with the players.

Great win for Oyonnax and if I were the boys in blue and white of Pottock in Bayonne, I would be sh*****g myself that I were going to join the boys in red and white of Geronimo in Pro 2 next season!!

Bayonne H to Stade Fontett, A to Grenoble and H to Castres.......
Oyonnax A to USAP H to Toulouse and A to Brive.......

Going to be exciting for both teams and the outsiders (but potential drop merchants if beaten by Oyonnax) will be USAP!!

Glorious news that Woods is missing if only on the basis that I do not have sit through every shot he takes (even when he is a zillion over par) or every gob that he spits or every club he thumps into the ground or every drop he takes that would see any other player disqualified.............and, yes, I do not like him!!

what a team, Oyonnax. I was absolutely in love with them early in the season, and now they're ending on a high again. Nobody wins away in this freakin league, so they wouldn't. But they've won almost everything else, a couple shy of it. Including the giants as we all know.

They have my unconditional support and are a shining light to those promoted to Top 14 as to how to play for one another and how to put everything into the jersey they are playing for and paid by!!!

that's right those boys put everything on the line. So beautiful to watch them as they fended off Toulon and Clermont and co.
I thought for long Oyonnax was in the Southwest, turns out it's not at all. Just learned that like a year ago. Some rugby culture up there and in the East. It's not too far from Lyon and apparently those regions have a big rugby culture too.

Oyonnax is the silcone valley of France, north east of Lyon so there are planty of sponsors with plenty of money, you did forgot to congratulate a team that gained promotion from the Pro D2, of course you have guessed, Montypellier we were promoted in the 2003/4 season have never been relegated and are now TOP of the TOP 14, hows that for progress.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and i think Oyonnax, will still go down despite yesterdays success, the USAP v Oyonnax match this coming weekend will be the decider, and i think USAP will win this one, but to be honest i would not gamble on either of the 3 USAP, Bayonne or Oyonnax.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is far to complicated for you to understand BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Club rugby and the TOP 14 is so much more intense than anything else available, 3 days left and who is going to be top and who is going to be relegated no one knows, the points diferences are insane in the 2 other Championships where as in the TOP 14 everything is so extremely close. Oh Yes Golf, i used to play county standard golf in the old days after stopping playing rugby.. and of course its free!!!!!!!!!!! so nice Channel +...........
