Top 14 1/4 final playoffs...

Wow!

Should have been a yellow at least.

Probably but think he has left his cards in the dressing room as there have been plenty that could have been given against both sides but it does keep 15 players on each side!!!!

Fall came on the side there but looks like curtains!! Love Gear!!

Game.

I don't agree with a lot of the calls so far but I like that the ref has kept the cards in his pockets; keep the game going. Also Le Roux knew exactly what he was doing there.

Game over........as a neutral, I really enjoyed it but have to think that no matter who gets through to the Semis.........this lot will be the poorest of them all and there is no way that RM will progress to the final never mind win it!

Really hope that ST take some action to change as they are the biggest spenders in Europe but they cannot win when it is needed and Noves has to be the problem in recruitment, strategy and team cohesion!

A typical RM win. They aren't fllash but hopefully some added dimension will develop with time.

MHR might not agree with you after they destroyed Racing last week...............!!

Ah Sexton you bottler.

Really? Had him as inconsistent at times but a bottler? Nah................yer avin a laff.................aint ye?

Because games like this Rugby League supporters hate Union. Racing Metro won without tries only with the Sexton's kick

Well this is most definitely the end of an era, even a dynasty really for Toulouse. Period.
They could've won with 3 things, three easy, simple things: 1 - a scrum that at least holds, 2 - a real penalty boot, 3 - a decent first half.

Couldn't manage these three basic things, the first one a problem all year long...Ducalcon looked good at TH, and Ben Arous was destructive at LH, penetrating deep into the front row each time.

Doussain was actually good besides not being a good pen kicker and a couple of errant kicks. Much to be said, but nothing of great importance really. I think my first sentence sums it all up for Toulouse, and for Racing Metro, well, as stormer says, a fairly typical Racing win, although they didn't have Andreu who would've added speed and Szar, experience and solidity at hooker.
Tony eluded to it, and it's finally happened: first time in 21 years Toulouse doesn't make the 1/2F at least. Yay, way to go Noves.

I agree with Sonrad Cmith. You have to try the teams that reward the most difficult part of the game. That's just a given.

Well what a comeback, 44 up the jersey last weekend against Montypellier and they go and beat Toulouse on their own turf!!!!!!!!!!! Gaston did not see that one coming although we are shouting for Racing and Castres and Racing to beat Toulon in the semis but even Gaston realises this is fairytale stuff.
Racing just squeezed the stuffing out of Toulouse, they never looked like scoring a try but Sexton kicked the penalties which they got through exerting pressure!!!
The old sydrome of defences win matches really applied here and they got their homework dead right!!!!
Point for BE....... Fritz had to come back on before half time as you have only 15 mins time off the park for injuries after that you are not allowed back and must be replaced. (7 stiches and 5 staples) in his noggin tough nut this boy, and that big girlie footballer who wears a mask for PSG cause he got a scratch on his cheek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so first semi final done and dusted who will play Monypellier, heart hopes Castres but head says Clermont this could be victory no.77 at Marcel MICHELIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the semi on in Toulon or will they move to a nearby stadium?
Racing might just be suited better to be away and games like last night can really be a turning point for a team.
Regards Fritz, he's a tough nut just shocked he knew where he was as he looked out of it.

Fritz is an absolute warrior. He's the kind of guy who belongs to a different era. He's the kind of guy who could be fighting in a real live war, World War I style in the trenches. Crazy courage.
And this, not to testify of his courage but rather the incompetence of the medics: no bandage as he returned ?!!! just some fkng anal lube on his temp ??!

Anyways, last night I logged onto rugbyrama and read the headlines: "Toulouse scares almost no one now". Agreed ! Their entire mystique has disintegrated in half a season.
Wonder what FrenchFan has to say about this match....
