Hello, I'm new, just wondering how you find out how many points you have

This is probably a little late, but I figure I'll have to introduce myself and my audacity at some point...

I'm Matt, I'm from Orange County, CA, and I'm a flyhalf/centre looking to get back and shape and back with a team... Spent 6 months playing at UCT in South Africa where I got ktfo and injured, but I watched enough rugby over there to get a grasp of it.

I like unorthodox, improvisational, and hopeful rugby. And, since I spent time in Africa, I'm a big fan of the Boks Stormers, and anyone who plays the All Blacks*, and that leaves me constantly frustrated whenever I watch international rugby. And I'll make big, audacious, somewhat-delusional calls at times, but again just trying to think outside the box.

Looking forward to discussing with the haters, the nay-sayers, the baffled, and the few who agree with me on this thread!

*Personally, I think rooting for the All Blacks is like rooting for the Yankees. While so many people worldwide love the ABs, you're only ALLOWED to root for the ABs if you're a Kiwi. Destroys the spirit of the game if the world just permits the monopoly that is the All Blacks to go on uncontested.

I wish I did (I'm in the same boat)....perhaps either its something to do with cleaning up old logins who don't use the site anymore or maybe just some stupid exclusive gaming clique thing. I don't know, just gotta do thr 5 posts ay.

Also, five posts isn't all that much, I know a place where you need 50 posts and 1 week membership before being able to see certain things, and sometimes it takes more!

You've pretty much hit the nail on the head there. Having the majority of our members not posting was counter productive, thought we'd boost the involvement a bit more... plus we are the best rugby gaming site out there

Exactly.
It's not as if we're asking for much.
Go to the Forum Feedback sectin and take a look and the threads there.
You learn quite a bit about thae site.

It's easy really, guys, all we ask is that you contribute 5 sensible posts, that are informative and relevant to the topic. Then you can go perusing in the games section (or why ever you're here) and we don't have to go chasing down the silly posts and delete them.


Anyway, Welcome to the board.

How about a few detailed introductions? We've had some really good examples as of late, try following those.

Well I am new here and just wanted to say hello to everyone. I live in the USA, and played Rugby all through college, but took some time off to focus on my career. I moved to NYC then to DC for my career and am finally rolling.


Funny how things work, It was weird how I got back into it...well I never really stopped watching or caring about the sport, but I really want to start playing again. Hopefully I am not to old (34 on July 30th). Well I was watching an All Blacks repeat on FSCTV (first time the played a Rugby game that I have seen). Anyways, I don't know...something clicked back on and I am as passionate as i was when i first started playing.
