They've put up a pretty good graphic with some interdasting stats: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ru...ll-Blacks-are-from-the-rest-of-the-world.html

Clearly it's focus is a comparison of NZ and England, but there is something for everyone here.

Is the try conversion rate finishing oppurtunites or just the percentage of conversions made?

From an Irish point of view it'll be interesting to see how those stats change over a similar time period with just Schmidt at the helm. I'd expect our most productive period to move to just after halftime at least.

Conversions I would guess - it would be very difficult to define what a try scoring opportunity is statistically.
Any stat would be pretty arbitrary.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, if they had done try scoring oppurtunities I was thinking it would be something like trips to the 22.

It has to be conversions, how else would New Zealand be on 77.2% and France on 80.9% ? New Zealand might blow 1 try opportunity at most per game.

How have England scored more point per match if Ireland have scored more tries per game since last November?

Never mind, just saw the figures are from January 2012.
