Firstly good to to see Johnny back hope he goes well and should be fully fit given the extra week off. Good to see McGrath getting a start would much rather see Moore/Hagan on the other side, but I suppose we have to give Bent a bit of a chance. I hope Isa goes well at FB always loved his running from there. Nice to see BOD leading the team out too.

He's had 12 chances already and looked below par in most of them!

The tight five looks very underpowered. Bent and Denton have failed to impress so far. Good to see Sexton back and Cooney given a run alongside him. Hope Marsh gets on.

Honestly haven't seen bent since he played for Ireland so i'll take your word for it, was never a fan of him being brought in. I also don't know much about Zebre but as hey're bottom of the table I don't think the tight 5 should be an issue. Also looking forward to Marsh, if only because we share a name!

I like the makeup of the Leinster back line. McGrath, Marsh and Reid are creators of space while Carr, Boyle, Byrne and Coghlan-Murray are strike runners to take advantage of it. Gilsenan as captain is a big vote of confidence in him.

Carr at 15 is an interesting call. Our lads have Ivan back as Earls returns to HEC and Ivan is good player with big physicality. I think this will be tight but we will pull away because of been at home and the big difference in terms of the bench.
Bent has really went downhill though

Played there a good bit for UCD believe it may actually be his preferred position.

Know only got selected for Leinster u19's this year and was injured by the time the u20 6N started.

I wouldn't be too quick to hype him up. Blacks physically mature faster than White people. I have not seen him but its a useful bit of info to keep in mind when looking at underage players.

There's good reason to hype him. He only took up rugby at 16 and at 18 has played in two matches for Leinster at senior level and looked good. Being more physically mature than his peers doesn't matter much at senior level he's also played a year above every year and is playing u21s for UCD who have a lot of talented players at that level. Was also in the Man U academy and got pretty far in GAA clearly a natural athlete.

Played against the chap a few years ago and he was a good player. But not remotely as good as the hype had him built to be at the time. I suppose he was running from fullback but he was completely shut down that day.

No doubt he's improved excellently in the last 2 years though. Although I don't think physically he's as powerful as he's perceived here having seen him in the gym a few times.
