I still feel sorry for people who do sales for a living though.
 
I'm not sure if you guys have this service abroad, but in Australia, we can now put our phone numbers on a list which is updated to sales call centres and it becomes forbidden for them to ring our numbers. No more annoying calls in the middle of dinner!

Really? Nah, but then my mum would just start visiting more. And we don't want that, do we?
 
Haha ok then I can appreciate your point of view on this matter! It is good though. Maybe you could write a letter to the parliament and request they incorporate this system of no telemarketers we have here.
 
On another note of Telephone advertising, I discovered a new phenominon today; The Text Message advert, which gets redirected to your landline as spoken word at 7:10am.

This was rather annoying today when I was nursing a 2am Vodka hangover. <_<
 
Who on earth was texting your landline at 7:10am on a sunday morning?
Such an awful thing to do to someone at such an ungodly hour...on such a godly day... :blink:

That person was either hardcore and only just finised partying from the night before or they mentally wrong (in the head) and are getting up early to go to church!
