I'll actually be fit and raring to go by then as well. I have a worrying feeling I may end up as the fastest player on the team, which doesn't bode well for the competition overall...

Cymro don't worry, I am unfit as anything and haven't played a game of rugby since 2001 (and even then I was pretty bad at it, let alone sevens. On top of that I fractured my spine in a couple of years ago, it's just going to be some fun.
So please if you put your hand up don't let us down, especially as we don't even have 7 players yet.
