So, outside their conference, they've won 7 matches, and beaten five teams (Cheetahs, Sharks, Lions, Highlanders, Blues). That's not a great record. They haven't beaten any of the top two teams from the SA and NZ conferences (plus the Hurricanes).

All up, they've played 50 matches, and won 19 (of course in derbies there can only be one winner). Excluding derbies, they've played 23 matches, and won 7. Make your own decisions based on that.
