Jebb Sinclair getting the start excited to catch this one.

The Stormers getting a lot of flak due to different reasons, one being Jebb Sinclair. The Bok brains-trust are furious that they didn't give a young gun a chance and went for a Canadian of all people.

May I predict that this will be the most boring game of the weekend?

Nic Fenton Wells, is captaining the Vodacom cup side this weekend in the finals though (or is it the semi's) either way I assume AC cares to much to take away their captain at such a vital point.

As for the game, you're right it's probably going to be an extremely done affair. I'd like to see us pick up the tempo but I don't see it happening, in the end the win is more important though.

Yes but Boland isn't in the Vodacom cup final... I'm sure there's a young fit, strong flanker somewhere in Paarl, Stellenbosch or even Worcestor (just hope he's not blind) who could fill the gap and try to make a name for himself.

I do agree with you don't get me wrong, but I do understand where AC is coming from, it's gotten down to crunch time and it's hard to take a risk on someone unproven at a higher level.

The Bok braintrust can go pleasure themselves. We already have Kolisi there and then there is Elstadt, Koster, Vermeulen and Carr all of whom we brought in during the season so going for Sinclair and now apparently Ernst Joubert (if the papers can be believed) makes perfect sense as we are at the business end of the competition and are in a position to make a bid for top spot. That and the fact that Wells is integral to the Vodacom cup side who are playing play-offs now and won't make much impact for the Stormers. IE Wells won't make the Boks over Kolisi, Vermeulen, Carr, Elstadt etc etc.

And we had F Louw so we have done our share of giving loosies exposure to top level rugby. Last year we were fooked for 10 and it seems our loosies are taking over this year.

Back to the game I think it's going to be more exciting than most think. Waratahs are looking better with barnes directing traffic and Stormers have indicated that they will be looking at sharpening up their own attack shaping up for the play-offs. In recent year's we've had their number though and i don't expect things to change too much especially with them without Beale and Mitchell who gave us the most battle last time out.

Go nuts guys! The vBookie is here!!!

Its pro sport guys winning is the name of the game at this point. Rugby seems to suffer so much from this ultra-nationalist nonsense....

1. Bulls supporters opinions don't count.
2. All the young guys have been injured or bought by you guys thanks to cough*Supersport*cough cough money
3. Capitalizing on opportunities the teams present them and taking them is not boring rugby. After all the Bulls played the same way cough*Brumbies game*cough cough.
4. No 1 defense in Super Rugby. No 1 defense.

Name one forward in the Bulls team that was bought from WP??

Forward? Why just the forward but if you insist. Juandre Kruger

How come the Bulls buys up all the talent where they move to Pretoria with the excuse no play time but still sit on the bench? Wonder where all the money is coming from.

LOL!! we didn't buy him, WP released him and then came over to the Bulls in 2008...
No he accepted the Bulls contract. No one is bought from any team. They wait till the contract is nearly over then the one with the better contract and more money wins.

I think Jebb has acquitted himself fairly well since arriving at the Stormers especially considering how he hasn't had much time to prepare. He had a brilliant moment where he stopped that maul by the Tahs. Overall he hasn't set the world on fire, but I think he's holding his own at this level.

Stormers really need to work on closing these games out better, maybe it's the style of play thats tiring them out in the 2nd half. Better teams may have completed the comebacks that the Tahs and Cheetahs fell short on.

I agree with you Little Guy, Stormers seem worse at finishing than the lions, and I think Sinclair did really well. Quality player.
