Bulls really don't have a choice here but to win, especially after dropping the game against the Blues. The Bulls have a good opportunity to beat the Reds because of some injuries and suspensions.

Yeah it's gonna be a tough day at the office for the Reds I suspect with both Ben Lucas and Mike Harris already back in Oz with injury and Digby Ioane suspended for 5 weeks after his tip tackle.

Good news for the Bulls are that Johan Sadie and Francois Hougaard are back in the starting line-ups, but we lost Deon Stegman for the match, so no real fetcher in the Bulls squad at the moment. hopefully our forwards will do some good grunt work to give our backs some good ball. Bulls to win by 12!!

I think a 90 point rout is on the cards ;)

haha, now wouldn't that bring back memories??

but I doubt that as the Reds have much better forwards nowadays than then...

Also the last time these 2 teams faced each other at Loftus, the Reds won...

If they can manage without Stegman and learn for their shortcomings against the Blues (fetching an protecting the ball carrier) they should hammer the Reds this time around.
Spies to have a blinder of a game <- gut feel

I wasn't watching properly, but checked back with a few mins left and noticed Samo in the backline. Must have had so many injuries.

Bulls probably needed a huge win like that though, home fans must be pleased.

This almost makes up for the Sharks loss. Well done to the Bulls.

The reds seem to be f*cked do they not have any other flyhalfs, or for that matter backs.

Mckenzie made a huge mistake only picking 2 backs on the bench... and it backfired again just as it did last week when they played the sharks... Samo played the 8 or so minutes at centre though...

Very happy with this result! our backs played great! and Jacques Potgieter was once again immense! But am I the only one noticing Pierre Spies doing a lot more "grunt work" than what he normally does? he's one of the guys putting in the most tackles and clearings at ruck time...

Yea Speis looked good for once and Potgieter was fantastic around the park and in the tight.

Classic victory for the Bulls, they seem to be the only SA side playing complete rugby at the moment.
Very funny thinking back to what some (rugby brains.....) had to say about the Bulls on this site recently
