If Concords were commercially viable travel wouldn't really be an issue <_<
Maybe SANZAR can try and build that trans-Atlantic subway/tunnel while their at it, but I suppose they would want the NH to chip in as well.
Maybe a tunnel, straight from Auckland to New York, just get that big machine from the movie 'The Core'
Seriously, the world is too big, SA, Argentina, North America and Japan are just too far away from anywhere else (rugby wise), I bet if there was a colony on Mars that was ripe for picking, the IRB would be trying to establish some kind of franchise there
