Super 15: Lions vs Hurricanes. Coca-Cola Park (2/3/2012, 17:10 GMT)

Who is the Hurricane's fly-half? Looks like a quality young player.

Lions' loosies are impressive, just a pity about the discipline

He's a good kicker, would like to see how he does with the long shots and angled ones.

I'm surprised by how much the Lions are playing in their own half. You're on the Veld, boot the bloody thing into the corner!

they just need to calm down a bit

GIRUY glory hunting bar stewards!

Go and get castrated in the Currie Cup second division.

Bwahahaha

I <3 BJ!

Barrett is a player of true class. Even when we had our greatest line ups we never had a good first five with Gopperth and Howell only being solid and not matching the talent of our outside backs. I think with Barrett at the helm the future is very promising.

Agreed. Not to get ahead of ourselves, but he certainly looks like he's a very classy player.

We've always had amazing talent in the backline (till this season), but never had the 5/8th to utilize it. Very excited to see how he goes.

Well according to Peat I'm a sex offender. So obviously I'm the more commanding one. :p

How did I earn this reputation? :(

Do you really need it explained to you? No wonder your dumb enough to rate Sean Bean over Liam Neeson...

Any reason for the NZ kit change in the 2nd week instead of straight off?

Did the 'Canes play better than the Lions? Maybe
Did the 'Canes deserve the win? No
This match could have gone either way and in the end it was just poor decision-making by the Lions that gave the 'Canes the win. It's like the Tahs last week

...huh? So you don't deserve to win if the other team makes poor decisions? I thought the Hurricanes did play better, did make better decisions, did get more points and thus deserved to win.

It was raising money for Plunket, an NZ entity that helps out young children/families. I believe the kits were designed to look like bibs :p

nice one Lions, you managed to mess this up
