Steyn unlikely to join Lions for Super Rugby

All in all I would be surprised if the Sharks aren't there or there abouts when it comes to the finals.
Seems very likely with the proposed squads here. Not to mention the Sharks backrow options: Kanko, Alberts, Daniel, Deysel, Botes.

Actually I am very pleased with the squad the way it looks now. We have 3 Springboks in the front-row, 2 massive talents as a backup (Herbst and van Staden). De second row is maybe not our strongest but Steven Sykes, Alistair Hargreaves, Gerhard Mostert and Ross Skeate certainly have quality. The backrow with those 5 you mentioned is truly amazing in potential. Kankowski, Deysel, Daniel and Alberts are all only 25. It's nice to have so many options for the scrum-pack

What's this with Terlanche having retired and JP offski?

Terblanche signed a 1 year extension in October or something, whilst JP was one of
The players that got announced as having signed new contracts at the same time or so

Certainly haven't hear/read anything on the news

Unless this is a wind-up

So Terblanche is not retiring??? WOOHOO!!! That's good news.
