Stephen Jones makes a better point then usual

I'm quite confident actually that by the 6 nations there will be vast improvements. If there aren't i will be very unhappy to be honest. I want to see an England team who play with quick ball and get it wide, with any of the backs capable of making that final burst, that final pass or offload. I think we have the players to play like that, but we need them fit to do it.

On the forwards side, our front row looks very strong in depth. Sheridan can be excellent, Golding can be excellent, as can Mears, Hartley, Thompson, Wilson and Vickery. They all offer something different and can be rotated depending on what is necessary. In the second row Borthwick looks 1000x better next to Shaw, who proved he still has it, and in the back-row we have a vast choice of players. At 6 we can choose between poaching Robshaw , the speedster Croft and tackling machine Worsley, while at 7 we have the madness of Moody, the bustle of Armitage and the breakdown-work of Rees. At 8 we have the muscle of Easter or the handling and running skills of Haskell.

Our main problem is the offload. I can remember Hartley, Shaw, Croft, Haskell, Monye and Cueto all making breaks but there was no one on their shoulder. In fact the one time we got people in position to offload we scored our one try. That is the place to work on.
