Personally, I think it will be hard for Argentina to have (a) team (s) in the S15 as they would like to get as many revenues from it as possible. But do to the economical situation of the country I don't see them have a full stadium for each home game. Nor seeing the whole of the country cheering for the Capital. So it might be a costly affair.
