Just looking clueless and lacking in composure right now. Discipline seems to have gone out of the window too.
 
You're forgetting ball was in hand then came out, the key is the grounding coming from arm after the ball was hand. Its not like someone kicking then grounding with forearm.
So? It's only a knock on if the ball hits the ground or another player before you touch it again. If you get your forearm on it again you can still get pressure on the ball.
 
No game plan but it's not the refs three errors that's lost us this game is our game plan.
