South Africa vs British and Irish Lions - Test 2

We shouldn't be imputing hogg's shortcomings on his fellow countrymen. They have plenty of shortcomings to be seen in plain sight.

The kick chase from the Lions has been pretty poor. Can't think of a single back 3 player who's caught a high ball.
You've have posted almost every post that Hogg is bad and yet none, not once criticising Watson why? If you claim both are poor then both should come in for equalish criticism
If you want to really investigate this just go through my post history from the first test where I didn't criticise Hogg and slated Watson. This game however, Hogg has been gash.

TBh all the scots have earned their place on the tour and Gray was massively unlucky.

Williams should be starting though
Wouldn't argue with that next week but selecting Hogg wasn't a mad call. Williams struggled under high ball last week too

Up and under isn't really working - how long before they go to plan B? What happened to picking fast loose forwards to get out wide?

How the match in general? I'm having to watch it through BBC text and the comments here.

Agree with this. All the Scot based jokes are just that - jokes, and the Scots have earned the places on tour, and maybe could have had more.

That said, Hogg has been really really poor and *Others* on this thread who want to say others have been as bad are miles off.
